The cookies at Aperture Coffee Bar are irresistible, especially the vegan Tree Hugger Cookie. Pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, dates, and chia pack this cookie with nutrients and flavour. It had a touch of coconut, too. Sweet, chewy, and satisfying, this cookie can’t be beat.
