The Earl Grey tea mousse cake is one of the top sellers at Fresh Press Coffee Bar, where we are one of the few coffee shops that make tea mousse cakes in-house. We infused it with high-quality earl grey tea leaves and layered it with chocolate chiffon cake. It has a very light and smooth texture and it pairs great with coffee.
