Check out this “inkcredible” calamari from Joe Fortes! It has such a nice crunch and the perfect texture that isn’t tough. Extremely tender and not at all oily, this calamari is seasoned nicely with chilies. A sun-dried tomato aioli comes on the side for dipping.
