Flautas are deep-fried rolled tortillas with chicken (or plantain), and they were absolutely delicious here at Maizal RMF! We just loved the crispness of the freshly made corn tortillas. This is one dish that we will definitely come back for! Bonus: Maizal also serves authentic Mexican drinks like maracuya and horchata.
